I've never had to deal with someone this difficult on ebay before. Item was posted to me with insufficient funds on postage leaving it stranded at the post office with a fee to pay. I requested the seller pay the fee (given postage was included in the price) and offered to collect. Seller was extremely rude and obstructive - suggesting I was 'too lazy to walk to the post office', making it out as if it was my fault that their incompetence left the book stranded. Avoid like the plague!

Did not receive item after waiting 10 days for it so contacted EBay support and clicked the option of still wanting item. EBay issued me a refund (despite not asking for it) because this seller apparently could not provide sufficient tracking information. I had assumed it had got lost in post which happens so was not going to leave a bad review. However, this seller had the audacity to message me ‘hope you enjoy your free book. You may learn some ethics from it’ then leave ME a bad review.
