Dispatched promptly and well packaged by seller. Thanks! Couriers left it on our doorstep in full view despite me specifically instructing them to deliver to my neighbour as I knew I wouldn't be there to take delivery. The item was in good condition save it evidently needed a descale which I'd half expected anyway. After descaling the element I tested the steamer and it works fine. In my experience as I live in a hard water area it's best to use bottled water to avoid limescale build up.
