A new item as described but I would be wary of purchasing again due to their no returns policy.
No returns accepted if the seal on the box is broken.
So presumably, I could open the box to find the item faulty, but not be able to return it.
Not the best customer service, but thank you.
I have not tested it yet as the Mac I purchased has not arrived yet.
