I needed a larger screen because I was finding my 19" screen was somewhat limited and led to eye strain and was recommended the Acer by a friend. The screen has fulfilled all my requirements and is a pleasure to use. The controls are easy to access and easy to adjust. My old screen was an HP 19" and is a very good screen but as stated I needed to up the size and the Acer 24" is very good value for money.
The only downside it that there are a few long hairs inside the screen down one side only visible when the screen displays lighter colour

Very good picture quality, easy to install and refine through the on screen menu. Three input choices, dsub, dvi and hdmi. I am using it mainly as an iplayer for TV/film catch up. The color depth and black/white crispness are remarkable I can not praise it enough
Bought this for a secondary monitor, it has decent picture quality and good viewing angles but every now and the the screen will black out for 1-2 seconds and then comes back, i am pretty sure the monitor is faulty since it a was a refurbished model, but it's only a secondary monitor so it doesn't bother me when im playing games or anything.
For a new 24" monitor this is great no blurring, sets itself up, no need for an instruction manual (once the on button is found) Great monitor, PnP, only downside is it's not tilt/swivel.
