    Excellent book for coeliacs

    This is a no nonsense book with great recipes, easy to follow, I particularly liked the help on flour for bread making, cheaper than buying ready made. I made the lime and orange biscuits and they were lovely.

    Abit disappointing

    I was expecting alot with it being from Phil Vickery but was left abit disappointed but then o was looking for down to earth gluten free food. I would've felt robbed if I had paid full price
