The seller used a different postal service to the one in the original listing resulted in a delay, Parcel was also missing the click 'n' collect information requiring a call to eBay to fix, when I questioned this they said eBay picked this "next day" service automatically and is not like Amazon? also said it was packed well... it had minimal protection! luckily it did eventually arrived in one piece. However due to overall experience with this transaction I can't recommend using this seller.

Firstly - The Issue with Postage came about because you requested this to be a Click and Collect item, so I had to use what ebay told me to use. Furthermore, I am not at fault for the label ebay then provided me. Furthermore, the item arrived within the time frame listed by ebay on the advert (I sent you the screenshot). Perhaps some patience, and understanding of how ebay functions would make you happier with future transactions on here. This is the first and last negative feedback ill get!

end of the day you broke eBays shipping policy..."Sellers must use the delivery service the buyer selected during eBay checkout."for whatever reason you didn't and that's wrong, you also said it was sent Friday and marked it as dispatched... not true, just the label was created and you dropped it off Saturday meaning it was then dispatched...
