Hi. Sorry about that. I have always been using the same packing method and shipping service from RM for every single game sold in past 6 months at least. This is the first time I see a buyer have had to pay extra for shipping. Can't really say what caused that thing to happen. I'm sorry once again for issue at this point.

Unfortunately the game was damaged in transit by evri, despite the seller packaging it very well. It was definitely not the sellers fault. They were excellent, offering a partial refund, which I declined, choosing to return it for a refund. The seller was so cool about the whole thing with great communication. They made the whole process hassle free. I would definitely recommend this seller.
