Item as described. However, labels on each plate that, no matter how hard I tried, did not come off cleanly so I had to use a razor blade and scrub brush to get off the sticky residue from all 8 plates. Took at least 20 minutes. Frustrating. There must be a better way for them to inventory their items.

Soak for five minutes in warm soapy water and labels come right off. Use JOY and your dishes will sparkle!

Delivered on time and packaged well! Only 1/4 cereal bowls has nasty stains on the inside of the bowl that will not come off beyond light use. Very disappointing.
