In, generally, decent cosmetic condition all around. Screen has a few marks and a scratch on it (SEE PHOTOS), with no major damage, keyboard and touchpads are both good also with some slight signs of wear. We have installed Windows 11 and it has been digitally activated. As well as this, we have also installed the correct drivers and all updates so the laptop is ready to go. The battery is in good condition and will hold a charge for at least a few hours, although this will depend on use. Genuine Dell charger is included in the sale along with a 60 day warranty.”
