Sold me a set of damaged clubs without specifying on the listing that they were damaged and listed photos of undamaged areas. When contacted about this, he was extremely rude, unhelpful, and even claimed they weren’t damaged before dispatching (they clearly were). He refused to settle on the issue so eBay had to get involved. After eBay had to resolve the issue themselves, he proceeded to send me an abusive message. The worst experience I’ve had on eBay, as an experienced eBay buyer and seller.
