This item arrived in a padded envelope, with a lovely note from the seller which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the bracelet had been caught in perhaps a postal machine and had been folded lengthways for about an inch. I flattened it out as best I could, as I wanted to have the bracelet, but it's far from perfect. I didn't inform the seller and blame them really. However, so much of the jewellery I buy and none of it cheap, is just placed in a padded envelope and it's not enough protection!
