Negative feedback because we caught an error in grade PRIOR to shipout is a bad faith play on your part, dear buyer. You were given the option of receiving the book AS SHOWN but not as stated, and you decided not to receive the book - so at your request you were immediately given a full refund and full apology for the error. Why you would rate this as a negative experience is mystifying. I hope when you catch a small mistake in time enough to prevent a big mistake, others are a bit more lenient.
