A film which will always stay with me !
I bought this dvd because it was shown in my son's secondary school about bullying and my son made me watch it on youtube since he really enjoyed it. Therefore I wanted to watch it properly with good quality. An excellent film,excellent acting by all the stars especially "Freak and Mighty".A film you can watch with family with no rude language or sex scenes.A film which makes one think about seeking knowledge and appreciating life and all the small things which comes along with it! I had this film on video and it was great to watch, I mislaid it when i moved home and i am so glad that it has gone onto DVD. If you havent seen this film then you must watch it. Bit sad in the end though.

The Mighty
There are many movies about pirates, superman, heroes but we never learn that courage could be right here in our everyday life. Courage to not give up even when you know there is not much time left of your life. This movie, on my opinion is dramatic by the fact that main character is young boy, who despite his disability doesn't give up and teaches others how to believe in their own dreams. Those real dreams that comes from the bottom of your heart, with the power of wings that makes you believe in yourself and clearly see the meaning of your life. Based on Freak the Mighty novel by W. R. Philbrick, with nice contribution of music by Sting. I would recommend it to everyone (I purchased a copy for my children) and I believe it will surprise you if you didn't see it yet.
