Even though this item was described as used it was in like-new condition. It replaced my old remote prefectly and operates just like the previous one. It was exactly duplicated in fit, form and function to the old one. The price as opposed to purchasing a new one was a fraction of the cost. Except for the slow shipping I would have given this merchant a five-star rating. I would definitely buy from this merchant again.
