The briefcase is exactly what we wanted in new condition, many thanks. However Yodel delivered it a week late and the person on chat tried to be helpful but clearly had no more access to information that I could find for myself on the website, i.e. nothing to explain the delay. Please consider using Royal Mail/Parcelforce in future, they are in my experience 99% reliable which no other company except DHL comes near. I would rather pay a few quid more if necessary and not have to worry.
