Despite the hiccups, I will be happy to order from this seller again. I ordered two jars of the Neal s Yard Frankincense Nourishing Cream at a very good price. Unfortunately when the order arrived there was an error and one jar was wrong. Although the seller s response was frustratingly slow and they were not able to replace the second jar, they did eventually refund the second jar after I had returned it. They explained they d been unwell causing the slow response so that can t be helped.

    Super effective

    A sudden incidence of inflamed flakey skin facially never suffered before became a real factor in restricting socialising for weeks. The E45 Eczema repair cream applied as instructed for 3 consecutive days cleared not only the inflamed areas but ended the flakey dry skin associated to it including in the eyebrows. Two weeks on from that short course of application and no signs of a return as yet. Amazed at the effectiveness. Only regret was enduring the outbreak for weeks before getting the cream. 10/10 and for under a tenner too. Highly recommended.

    A Product that actually repairs damaged skin

    Having a problem with dry and very itchy skin I have found this cream actually does help repair damaged areas of skin. I have found this is more helpful than Betanovate which does have a thinning effect on my. I have great hopes that this time I do have long term help, regular use will give me hands that don't itch every day.

    A Great Cream for the Skin.

    At last, a cream that actually helps calm exzema. Lovely texture, not heavy and sticky, but light and very moisturising. Would definitely recommend giving it a try, it's working for me.
