I was impressed with this seller's approach to customer satisfaction. I noticed a leak in the battery pack (something that can be missed as it is packed in a box with the transformer) and this seller was very speedy in providing a partial refund to finance the replacement cost of new alternate batteries; the best solution due to the high cost of international shipping(vendors are also at their mercy). A good example of best business practice. I'm impressed.
