Some of the iTags had very low battery but the seller was very helpful in sending more (albeit 25% full) but I was able to purchase replacement batteries locally at a very reasonable price - so the result was acceptable value.
The seller was very quick and sympathetic in responding and has promised to contact factory to ensure that future deliveries are properly charged.
I rate the seller very highly *****. Apart from the low batteries the product itself seems useful.
