There are no rips or holes to the leather, but it is well worn on the front of the seat areas and also on the armrests. We have cleaned it and colour restored it which has improved the appearance considerably, but the wear areas are still visible, giving it a real vintage leather patina! (please see photos for details). The wood frame is in overall very good condition with just the odd knock here and there, and the sofa seat base is also very good with no sagging or damage.”
