Item is lovely but was confusion about delivery ,paid for next day delivery but didn't turn up ,was told it was coming from evrie ,I tried to message to find where my item was but didn't get reply till Monday to be told it wasn't coming from evrie as too big an item ,it came Tuesday and was refunded the next day delivery charge,was told that they had asked ebay to take off evrie next day delivery but it hadn't been taken off ,once I managed to get through I had good communication and apologies
