Really works for me. Stick to recommended dose of two a day. Nothing lose, possibly everything to gain.
Best value for money, especially if taken on a regular basis. I have an arthritic hip & taking two of these per day really works for me. I find I have more flexibility in the hip and much less pain, so now off pain killers. My GP isn't totally convinced, as he has found it doesn't necessarily work for everyone. Overall the benifits far out way the not trying them. I am in no way associated with this product except for purchase and use and only put this out to potentially help others in the same position.Best value for money, especially if taken on a regular basis. It's ok
Only been taking these tabs for two weeks so it may be a bit to early to say that they are effective. I believe that I do feel a bit better in my joints. The tabs are easy to swallow and tasteless.
