Auction closed/item paid for on 09 May, item shipped 15 May, arrived 21 May. I contacted seller since item was not shipped within 72 business hours of auction close & receipt of payment. I got a fairly quick response but got the vibe that he/she was not in a hurry. Shoes arrived with small scratches on both heels. Just because the deadline is 72 hours doesn't mean you HAVE to wait that long or longer to ship without an apology or explanation. We won't do business again.

Hello, I do try my best to ship out as much orders as I can every trip to the post office, a 15 minute drive wouldn't be ideal for me for a single item; It's not very economical for me. As for the scratches I made sure to photograph all the defects they are very much visible in the photos, but I will be sure to add it in the description next time so they aren't overlooked.
