( Right after Christmas, through USPS) The box provided complimented the item nicely and came just as described by the seller (KOPKO....You guy's are awesome btw!¡) Didn't have to contact anybody about receiving it as to all the information was provided and tracked within my Ebay app. But I'm sure KOPKO would have responded shortly if I had to of. Definitely a professional seller in my opinion !¡Would recommend¡!
