I had been searching for weeks now for a hat for my Niece’s wedding in April. I knew exactly what I was looking for, this one ticked all the boxes! Described as new had scratches on the top & slight scuff marks to the corners & came with a huge bash in the package & that's what happens when using cheap unreliable delivery services (Evri). Really disappointed as was for a gift. Didn't ask for a refund as I Would've had to send back costing more again & no time now to buy another from somewhere else 😥😠

HiFirstly...this item is brand new. It was packaged extremely well as I send out all my parcels. I cannot be responsible for what happens when it leaves me and is in the carriers hands and to be honest Evri have never disappointed me with their services. However if you had taken the time to message me (which would of taken less time than leaving all this negativity )I would of been happy to refund you and I would of covered the return postage!MY FEEDBACK SPEAKS VOLUMES.Have a lovely week
