Took a while??? Maybe because I had to call eBay on your behalf as you insisted on 'Click & Collect' because for some reason the C&C option had disappeared, then you wanted to cancel! I went out of my way to try & help you, but unfortunately I do (try) to have a life outside of eBay so I cannot be available 24/7! As for postage: Packing materials cost money too. I incorporate my expenses into my postage costs which are quite clearly there in my listings, so you do have a choice! Difficult buyer!
