Moly Slip
I used this when I changed my gearbox oil 2 days ago on my -03 350z. It does help with the gearbox, and it feels like it grabs the gears better now. But it's not a magical cure to fix an entire gearbox. The 350z has a known problem with the second gear, and this does smooth it out abit.

Made gear change easier
I have a Astra J with the F40 gearbox which is notoriously notchy on gear changing. Popped a tube of this in and it’s made a huge difference in changing gears. Much smoother
