    Only book you will ever need, it covers everything you need to know, and you suddenly realise its not rocket science just down to earth simple logic. Its a book that you can keep re reading to remind yourself, but also how to make simple changes. Love the way the book is written its put so simply without a lot of science. would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to lose weight or just get healthier
