Da ich keine Benachrichtigung durch UPS über den Zustellversuch und die Hinterlegung des Pakets erhalten habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass das Paket wieder zurückgeschickt wurde. Ich habe den Verkäufer gebeten, das Paket nochmals zu schicken - das verteuert die Sache für mich erheblich. Zurzeit habe ich noch keine Infos zu einem neuen Liefertermin.

Hello, I provided the tracking number, UPS tried to deliver the parcel several times, and obviously if you require new shipping you must pay the shipping fees, I received bad feedback because you didn´t follow your parcel,...this is not normal,..your obligation is follow the track
