Purchased the item but never receive it. the post office lost it even they said delivery to my mailbox. ask for an investigation that only the seller can initiate. I contact the seller but he was no willing to help

The Item was delivered to the buyers address on file with Ebay, And the tracking number proves that the item had been delivered. we directed the buyer to contact his local post office and report the problem, but he refused to do so because he wanted to just give negative feedback for no reason and for no fault on our part. he refuse to report the missing item to Ebay but rather choose to give bad review. we tried to help him but his mind was made up.
