Sadly the item was of poor quality (see photo of the item with the lead bearing roller binding against the metal frame) even the replacement item was faulty however a refund was issued immediately, once the item was returned to them.Whilst I would appreciate just getting the item without the issues,I cannot really fault how fast the seller was to replace the item and finally refund
