Through the heavily combated skies of World War I and World War II, Air Conflicts players pilot era-authentic planes in famous historical battles and crucial secret missions. The game is played from the cockpits of 16 different aircraft from both World Wars, each recreated in detail to provide an accurate sense of firepower and handling. The game is broken into seven campaigns, set in different times and places throughout these two great global conflicts of the 20th century. The campaigns serve up four dozen missions, ranging from recon and escort to bombardment and air space clearance. <br><br>With each successful sortie, the player earns upgrades, which can be used to make the aircraft more powerful or easier to control. The airborne combat takes place over historically researched re-creations of war-torn landscapes. The game's "Arcade" mode offers simple and intuitive handling, while "Simulation" mode presents more realistically challenging controls, and more freedom for expert pilots. The PlayStation 3 version of Air Conflicts: Secret Wars is compatible with PlayStation Move, allowing players to pilot their craft with tilt-to-steer control. It is also supports stereoscopic display on 3D-ready television sets.

A Pretty Darn Good Aerial Combat Game
If you can get past the cheesy story-line and annoying cut-scenes this is a pretty darn good aerial combat game - especially for the price. Once you are in the cockpit the graphics are great and controlling the plane seems quite natural.This game just has a good feel to it once you're in the air and the dog fights are awesome! Great Game, lots of fun.
I bought this game because I don't have a flying game of any kind except in Battlefield 3, and only jets in that. This lets you land and take off, and fly older prop planes so you can have a real dog fight instead of locking on to targets and firing. Lot's of fun, not as easy as you may think though.
