Does everything and does it better than the competition. NAD build and sound quality, particularly like the very precise volume control.

Outstanding HI Fi classic amp.
Owned on of these from new since the mid 80's. Tried a few others but this is the best, outstanding classic. The first thing I would do is replace the all metal “jumpers” from pre amp to amp on the back with oxygen free gold plated studio quality cable, you will be amazed at the difference in sound quality! Have it set up with a 1974 Tensai turntable and eltax symphony 6’s. Amazing for the money! Owned on of these from new since the mid 80's. Tried a few others but this is the best, outstanding classic.
