It came as photographed and advertised. I didn't anticipate the difficulty getting the (shown) packing tape off of the item, however. The box was crushed but, fortunately, the pitcher wasn't cracked. I was surprised no packing material like bubble wrap was used just in case.

The condition of the set was overstated. Some of the DVD's were new - some were in poor condition not even close to the "like new condition" advertised (see photo). Seller communicated and responded quickly with shipping questions. Not sure why USPS tracking system did not work - but this was not the fault of the seller. Overall, an okay transaction.
