I ordered and paid for the power head. Subsequently I ordered Blades and chains as these were required as well to run the chainsaw. After a couple of day the supplier came up with a story that the shipping company lost the parcel. Subsequently I requested a replacement unit. Now the supplier said he has not figured out how to send a replacement unit ... maybe in future. Now I had no chainsaw and was sitting with a loss of nearly 200 EUR for parts specifically purchased for the chainsaw
