Needed new cookware after buying an Induction Hob so after a lot of research I finally arrived at the Circulon brand. I chose the 'Total' range and they are stylish, very practical and the non stick surface not only works well but seems quite robust. Well pleased with my choice.

The pan is of good quality and fulfills all I was looking for. Can be used as a traditional frying pan but deep enough to cook a family meal. Lid to use when required. The only improvement I would like to see would be a vent hole in the lid. Ovenproof if I wish to transfer to bake once prepared so no need to use another casserole dish.
