Not happy, you get 2 hooks in box, one hook was fine the other had a piece missing. I took a photo, sent it to seller who informed me I had the what I ordered but if I had a problem to contact them. I then sent another photo of both hooks to show what was missing before open of business but then had no contact all day so at close of business I emailed and and asked for a refund.,which I received. After I received the first email basically telling me I got what I ordered I was not impressed.
