Time Saving and great value on eBay!

Many people use microwave ovens merely to re-heat food or occasionally defrost, but this is not taking full advantage of their cooking power. Microwave steam bags offer the quickest and most efficient way to cook vegetables, with a minimum of mess. Because they cook in their own moisture and steam (as well as by direct microwave effect), vegetables cooked this way are not waterlogged (like boiled or steamed) and have superior flavour; they are also not oil- or fat-soaked liked fried or stir-fried vegetables, which reduces calorific content.
