Amazing customer service on a bespoke blind order of more than one blind set. My many emails were answered promptly and all queries answered. The blinds are well made, good quality and smooth running. Packaging was sturdy and despatch and delivery were both quick for bespoke items. The blinds came with clear instructions on how to fit and how to correct any issues with initial open/close/tilt features. Thanks for the service that you have provided me, first all before I put in my order I enquired about sending a sample to make sure the colour was correct which was done free of charge where other sellers charge for this. The parcel arrived on time which was perfect so that I could fit the vertical blinds in the next day or so. The blinds fitted perfect and in the box the seller had provided a spare slat in for each different size window in case I need to replace any. Thank you for your service.
