This spin-off from the science-fiction franchise follows John and Sarah Connor after the events of TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY. An onslaught of robotic killers from the future are bent on destroying teenager John Connor (Thomas Dekker), humanity's future savior. Standing between them are his determined mother, Sarah (Lena Headey), and Cameron (Summer Glau), a beautiful girl from John's school who turns out to be a Terminator assigned to protect him. They can't run forever, however, and their only chance of survival rests on preventing the creation of Skynet--stopping judgment day and creating a new future for the human race. This collection includes the series' second and final season.

    Action packed futuristic show, excellent acting!

    This show is actually quickly becoming realistic with the current development of artificial intelligence. I highly recommend watching both seasons of this show, the acting is the best I have ever seen for a television series, and the show is very realistic in regards to our current times. I see in our current news headlines they refer to certain companies as "Skynet". Which is the company in this show that is trying to take over the world and eliminate humans. I think it's important that everyone see what can happen if we allow robots/A.I's be developed in our world (which they already are doing) - just do a youtube search on "Sophia the robot" and you will see just how real this show The Terminator is.. I think this show is one of the best shows ever made and I truly think they took ...

    Malfunctioning DVD Set

    Not all of the episodes on the discs work. The first episode on disc one worked, but episodes two and three did not. I haven't bothered to check the rest, because I want to watch the episodes in order. I clean my DVD player regularly, and have not had this problem with other DVDs.

    Watch it! All around great!

    Filmed on 2008-2009 it was all just sci-fi, action adventure, and quite entertaining. Now, too much of it is already history with different faces. This future is all well on its way. This series is eerily prophetic. Here is a glimpse of AI and robotics in just a few years. Maybe not the shape shifting cyborgs, but who knows? Computing power doubles every 4 years, and there are already self-assembling nano structures in about half of the US population. Heed the warnings or just enjoy the firepower and adventure. Either way I recommend this, but you need to see the First season before. The first season is 3 DVD, this is 6.

    good, but cliff hanger

    A bit different than the 1st season, but continues to be good writing and enjoyable. If the 1st season reflected Sarah's struggle to keep her son safe, the 2nd season more reflects his struggles to be an average young man trying to do normal things while under the pressure of this emence destiny he has. I won't give spoilers, but the show isn't long lived and ends on an extreme cliff hanger moment.
