    I received a completely different product than what I ordered. It took over a month from the order date to receive a refund. It was a complete waste of time. I also asked for proof of purchase to verify authenticity, but I could not receive it. If an individual, not a professional wholesaler or retailer, sells expensive new fashion accessories, I think the seller should naturally have documents proving that they are authentic.
