Of course, being a bit thick, I didn't realise this immediately - but the seller sent another one out (very promptly). So, in summary, more of an issue with the product itself than the person selling it. Very speedy - both to reply and replace.

Listed as “opened – never used” which was not true as the software CD and activation code described in the manual was missing. Inclusion of software and driver is described in the final section of the listing, which the seller has simply pasted from the manufacturer’s website. They recommend using OBS Studio but the audio is out of sync, so I’m going to have to buy a licence for NCH Debut which works much better instead. Otherwise all okay.

Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.
