Based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS was initially thought a crazy idea for a feature film by those at Walt Disney. However, its lush production and charming characters proved otherwise. Standing the test of time since its release in 1937, the film has entranced audiences for decades, teaching them to never be vain and always whistle while they work.

    it was ok

    It says DVD which means you should be able to play it in your DVD player, but I had to put it in my computer in order to get it to play. about the time the evil queen was going to see Snow White the sound cut out. I'm pretty sure that's specific to this dvd and not how it was in the original film, but i can check that later.

    perfect title

    Very well put together and some of the other features were fun to play.. Very great high quality. I purchased this video to honor Walt Disney and his nine old men including Ward Kimball and Ollie Johnston. Walt Disney's nine old men were the ones who actually made Walt Disney's creations work. Ward Kimball was famous for creating Jiminy Cricket and the train in the great animation cartoon Dumbo. In Snow White he was responsible for the gag of the seven Dwarfs noses popping up over the beds when they looked in on snow white lying on their beds. I am glad to have grown up in this period in America. It will never be the same now.
