I thought I was having problems with the charge at first but turned out to be the charger I had, once I got a proper charger the iPad works better than my son’s new iPad Air 5! Can’t see any scratches or damage to the exterior (even though I knew there was a possibility there would be scratches/bumps) overall suits my daughter fine & shes able to get all her learning and colouring apps, so if you have young children i recommend this iPad & seller!
