After chasing for tracking number was told that the item is about to be dispatched only to be told later that the item cannot be shipped as it is damaged. Not sure why they are selling items that are described as new / perfect but turn out to be damaged. Have not received the refund as yet but repeating some of the other negative comments that the service is very poor.

Received my order 11 days after payment . Clock was described as having a glass lens , the lens is actually plastic and badly scratched and scuffed . Packaging was completely intact therefore clock was packaged already damaged . Seller is not responding to my messages . This seller states ' box is damaged ' but they dont tell you that the products are also damaged . AVOID!
