Despite our no-returns policy, we accepted a return, paid for postage, and issued a full refund. Buyer later acknowledged the mistake and apologized.     Delicate electronic item sent without packaging/protection. Posted in original clear plastic bag only. I haven't been able to test yet if item survived the post (as needs motor and connector soldering). Unacceptable.
