Decided 2 buy 2 with a note asking to make a refund on the agreed price. Seller asked do you want to return and I replied no and then reiterated my claim. Seller didn't know how to do my request and had to ask husband or to contact ebay ??? Have you tried contacting ebay these days. Another 5 days gone by, terrible communication

    Buyer doesn't understand how eBay works. Buys at full price after previous offer expired and then expected previous expired offer price after delivery. Told buyer we can accept return but cannot change price without eBay but did not want to know and demanded we sort it. Makes mistake and expects us to bend over backwards for something we couldn't know. Unfair feedback.
