One item had a fold on the corner when packed into an envelope. Seller ignored contact about adjusting shipping since I paid for separate shipping and nothing was refunded. Seller offered to take item back rather than adjust for their mistake in shipping and not adjusting for shipping.Reply from: relicpaper- Feedback replied to by seller relicpaper.- Feedback replied to by seller relicpaper.We did say to please return the item and we would issue a refund, so far we have not received anything. The crease was a very minimal corner crease so it was in no way destroyed and did not cover any part of the actual image.
