    The company that supplied this are excellent. My original delivery was damaged in transit and they supplied a new one straight away. Great correspondence, polite and informed customer services. Excellent. The item was NOT manufactured by the seller and only supplied. It is made from VERY fragile plastic and this is the 4th item we have broken in as many years. We have slate flooring in the kitchen and if this item is dropped, it breaks... no second chances. Supplier excellent, item awful.
