This is a well designed hearing aid it is very easy to use as the instructions are very clear. I bought this as the one I was given by the National Health was so fiddly for my elderly hands (tiny batteries to insert and struggling to insert the left ear aid when you're right handed was impossible). Congratulations on a really great product at a reasonable price.
