    Grip and Grin!

    Extra batteries in grip]help ease the mind when on long shoots regarding running out of power. Grip makes holding ef70-200mm 2.8 lens much more comfortable. Nice to know that when placing camera on tripod the bottom n of the grip will get scuffed and not the camera itself. Having identical buttons on grip as camera make vertical shooting more convenient.

    You wont regretted if bought

    The main reason pushed me to buy it is the ability to shoot vertical. Needless to mention it has all the needed buttons to take a picture. It also gives you more time to shoot video as it contains two batteries instead of one.

    Essential equipment

    The new Canon LP-E6NH battery charge life is good but not great. Having two battery bays doubles the life. More than anything, I love the dual buttons on the grip that makes portrait shooting so much easier.
